Rachel Williams is a doctoral student in the Department of Justice, Law & Criminology at the School of Public Affairs at American University in Washington, DC. Her research interests focus on the study of religious extremism and terrorism. She is also a Lewis Center staff member since 2018.

Caleb Campbell

Pastor Caleb Campbell graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Master of Arts in Ministry from Phoenix Seminary in 2015 and is currently a doctoral student at Fuller Theological Seminary. He has served at Desert Springs Bible Church in Phoenix, Arizona since 2006 and became Lead Pastor in 2015. Caleb also serves as regional director for the Surge Network. He is the founder of Disarming Leviathan Ministries, which produces a podcast, videos, and training resources equipping Christians to thoughtfully engage American Christian Nationalism. His book, Disarming Leviathan (InterVarsity Press), offers a practical, pastoral framework for faithful, Christ-centered engagement.

Dr. Karen E. Stewart is licensed and ordained minister from the baptist tradition. After thirty years of pastoral staff ministry she moved from the position of Executive Director of Ministries to the next chapter in her ministry life as the Director of Progrms and Engagement for The Hub for (Re)imagining Ministry at Wesley Theological Seminary. She was licensed to preach in 1988 and was ordained in 2004. In 2021, she earned her DMin from United Theological Seminary. In the faith and non-profit community, Dr. Stwart currently serves as the Faith Representative for the Phoenix South Regional Council for First Things First, is the African-American Outreach Educator for the Dementia Care and Education Campus, is a life member of the NAACP, and founded SLAC Solutions, LLC, to assist churches and faith-based organizations in staff and organizational management and structure. Globally, Dr. Stewart and her husband lead mission trips to share the gospel and support ministries throughout Africa and India and she serves with the Baptist World Alliance on the Commission on Evangelism and Disicipleship and the Commission on Faith and Technology. Dr. Stewart is married Dr. Warren H. Stewart, Sr. Together, they are parents to seven children, one daughter and two sons-in-love and fourteen grandchildren.
