The Right Question
“Leaders do not need answers. Leaders must have the right questions.”
Charles Zech, a Roman Catholic scholar, suggests two questions to understand your congregation better.
* Tell me about the overall quality of your parish. Would you describe it as: Above Average? Average? or Below Average?
* (No matter what the response is, ask this second question.) How do you know?
