The Right Question
“Leaders do not need answers. Leaders must have the right questions.”
When a new challenge arises, our tendency is often to begin with the question, “What should we do?” If you already knew what to do, chances are someone would have done it already. The first task may be to learn more before doing anything. To gain that knowledge, you might ask questions such as these:
* With whom do we need to talk?
* Who else is facing this challenge?
* Who has experience in what we are facing?
* What internal and external information do we need to gather?

Giving Up to Our Potential
It’s often said that Christians are the most generous people. Unfortunately, it turns out this claim is not entirely true. Even though Christians are more generous than nonreligious Americans, that’s not much to brag about. The vast majority of Christians are not giving up to their potential or in proportion to what their faith teaches.
