The Right Question
“Leaders do not need answers. Leaders must have the right questions.”
Churches that set themselves apart as distinctive in some way tend to grow more than churches that people view in a more generic way. Finding what might be a special focus for your church needs to connect with your mission and tradition while at the same time setting itself apart from many or most other churches. One question that may help this discernment is:
* What is a need that fits our mission and capabilities that no other church is addressing and is not likely to begin addressing?
