This online course helps pastors develop as leaders using systematic feedback provided through the Lewis Pastoral Leadership Inventory™ (LPLI), a 360-degree leadership assessment instrument in which the pastor and from six to ten observers (those familiar with the pastor’s ministry) complete an online survey. After completing the LPLI, students engage an online learning experience to interpret their personalized leadership profile report and develop a leadership growth plan, with input and feedback from the Lewis Center staff.
